The Lifestyle Athlete

Life is an adventure!

People often ask me “What  are you training for?” The more I think about it, the more I’m  inclined to say that I train to be a lifestyle athlete. A lifestyle athlete is one who incorporates fitness into his or her everyday life. So how  do you train for life?

One of my most enjoyable roles in life is coaching with Educated Running. Coaching topics include Performance, Running, Mental Preparation and Nutrition.

Attitude of Gratitude

We believe in an Attitude of Gratitude. Whatever our circumstance we can find something or someone to be grateful for. We finish each day by identifying 3 gratitudes and we share some of those here.
